HOW THE TECHNOLOGY WORKS
Antical RF natural anti-scale works by an electrophysical process of emitting low-frequency electromagnetic radio waves or pulses that propagate through the water with anti-scale and descaling properties due to the resonance effect.
The system uses variable frequencies between 0.05 and 5 MHz, to prevent the formation of calcium carbonate. This ensures that the calcium and carbonate present in the water enters the water circuit of the treated plant and leaves at the consumption points, so that no limescale accumulates in the plant.
Scale deposits already present in the water circuit gradually dissolve as the electromagnetic pulse circulates with the water in the water circuit.
The water contains calcium carbonate colloids, which cause a progressive and rapid increase in the decomposition of the bicarbonate ion, and are deposited in the pipes in the form of lime crystals (trigonal calcite), which are very compact and encrusting.
The low-intensity electromagnetic fields generated by the Antical RF natural antilimestone system, due to the resonance effect, induce an energy such as to alter the polarity of the ionic pairs of CaCO3 dissolved in the water, maintaining these particles in a colloidal state, i.e. tiny, highly hydrated crystalline particles that remain suspended in the water up to temperatures of 70/75º.
At higher temperatures of 70/75º, precipitation of ionic couples in suspension occurs, but not in the usual way in which lime precipitates, such as the highly adherent calcite (trigonal structure), but in the crystalline form of aragonite (rhombic structure), which is poorly adherent, practically soluble in water, and is dissolved by the simple mechanical drag exerted by the water in the pipes when the calcium carbonate is in suspension.
